烤肉经过腌制以后，吃起来泰风味十足。如果你喜欢有点焦焦的话就可以煎或烤久一点，味道会更好。
WAYS OF COOKING 烹煮方式
- Bake 烘
放在室温下解冻30分钟。 然后在230-250的温度下预热烤箱。放入烤肉然后烘烤10-15分钟。翻面后再继续烘10分钟。
Thaw the meat at room temperature for 30 minutes. In the meanwhile, preheat the oven at 230-250°C. Then, bake the BBQ meat for 10-15 minutes each side.
- Barbecue 烧烤
将烤炉预热，把烤肉放到烤架上。将烤肉烤至两面熟透即可。
Preheat the grill and grill until both sides are cooked through.
